The checkout guard scans the folio, the POS bills routed to the room, and any pending additional charges — and blocks checkout with a clear, actionable message until everything is settled. The moment a booking is confirmed, a popup fires the booking confirmation by both email and WhatsApp — with property name, dates, room, amount, and a Google Maps pin. At checkout, the same dual-channel dispatch sends a GST-compliant invoice with CGST / SGST or IGST breakdown based on the guest's GSTIN and place of supply.
